Leaf Us Be Cabin
Find your peace in our charming mini cabin, designed for rest and reconnection. "Leaf Us Be" comfortably sleeps three, featuring a plush full-size bed and a whimsical "kid loft" with a twin bed. We’ve stocked the cabin with a microwave, toaster, and kitchen essentials for easy, healthy meals, plus a selection of books for quiet afternoons. To kickstart your retreat, we provide a complimentary stack of firewood for your first starlit fire.
More than 3 isn't a crowd!
Have a bigger group? No problem! While the cabin is your cozy home base, we invite you to bring the whole crew. We welcome tent camping for additional guests across our 3-acre private property. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a community-style retreat where everyone has space to breathe, explore, and sleep under the stars. While we don't allow 'overnight parties' we do allow specific gatherings - feel free to contact us with your questions on what groups we welcome and what large gatherings we invite to stay!

Whether you’re taking a graceful morning dip in the glass-like water or making a high-energy entrance down our winding slide, The Splash Sanctuary is designed for pure fun or just a calming relaxation oasis. It’s the perfect spot to cool off after a hike, host a lakeside picnic, or simply enjoy the tranquil reflections of the surrounding forest.
*No lifeguard on duty. Guests are required to sign the pond waiver before their stay.

With plenty of parking and a quick trot to the cabin and firepit, his expansive space offers the freedom for kids to play and adults to relax, all within view of the beautiful Scio landscape. It’s a place where the whole family can gather comfortably for healthy outdoor meals, afternoon games, and starlit conversations.
To make your family stay effortless, we’ve outfitted the space with a full-size refrigerator for all your favorite snacks and drinks, along with 6ft folding tables that are perfect for a big family-style dinner. We provide outdoor games to keep the kids entertained and extra folding chairs, so everyone has a comfortable seat around the fire.

We don't just "allow" pets—we celebrate them. Around here, we consider pets as family, and no family getaway is complete without your favorite co-pilot.
While our 3-acre property is a paradise for sniffing and exploring, it is wide-open and unfenced. We share this beautiful hillside with plenty of local wildlife (who love to play hide-and-seek!), so we ask that you bring your own favorite leashes, long-leads, or portable pens.
Bringing your own way to contain your furry friends ensures that our wild neighbors stay wild and your pets stay safe while they enjoy the fresh air. Let’s make some memories at Fern Hill—where every tail is invited!
